Group discount of 10% on the base admission fee is available for groups of more than 3 participants from the same organization. Accommodation of groups of 3+ participants depends on availability of spots and approval of the conference committee. For group application, please contact us.  ​

Application Process:

  1. Complete the Application Form: Select your participation type above—Presenter/Co-Presenter or Attendee/Student Attendee—and fill out the corresponding form. Early application is recommended due to limited availability.
  2. Review and Confirmation: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis within 7 business days. Upon approval, you will receive an email with instructions to complete your registration and payment.
