The issues raised, discussed and deliberated in the EDC2023 may be summarized as ‘Inclusive Growth through Education and Development with Holistic Approach’. I personally feel that the conference was an open platform for all participants, well structured and designed, significantly articulated, thought provoking discussion, scientific approach and above all prudent management.
The conferences organized by Tomorrow People Organization are conducted according to researchers' area of expertise. The organizers provide schedules and venues where you are good and comfortable. I have been with the Education and Development Conference (EDC) for five years, one of the conferences conducted by TPO. In EDC, you feel you are valued. It's one of a kind conference where you love to share your research, be inspired to do more research and will love to attend the EDC again.
By participating in the TPO conference, I as a principal had the opportunity to network and exchange experiences in school matters with people at different levels in different countries' education systems. It was an awesome experience. The atmosphere was personal and there were many opportunities for us participants to talk and contribute to each other's learning and understanding.
EDC 2023 was truly a worthwhile experience as presenters came together to exchange ideas, practices, and experiences, giving more opportunities for me to learn from and with colleagues from various disciplines/ fields in education. What I also appreciated about the conference, which was quite different from the other conferences I attended, was that we were able to participate in all the presentations as part of the audience and did not miss out on any presentations since there were no parallel sessions.
