Prof. Hiroyuki Obari, Aoyama Gakuin University, Japan
Hiroyuki OBARI is a professor of College of Economics at Aoyama Gakuin University, Tokyo and teaching part-time at Faculty of Law, Waseda University. Born in 1953, he received the B.A. from the University of Oklahoma (Political Science), M.A. from ICU (Public Administration), M.A. from Columbia University (TESOL), and PhD from the University of Tsukuba (Computer Science). Visiting researcher at the University of Oxford (1998, 2007, 2018~2020) and AIST (from 2006~present) in Japan. He specializes in CALL, TESOL, Educational Technology, AI and Education, and Worldview Study. His recent publication is “Implementing Mobile Language Learning Technologies in Japan” (Sato, MaCarty, & Obari, Springer, 2017).

Dr. Voltaire Mistades, De La Salle University, Philippines
Voltaire Mistades is Associate Professor of the Br. Andrew Gonzalez FSC College of Education, De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines. He has held the following administrative roles in the University: Vice Dean of the College of Science (2003-2006), Dean of Student Affairs (2006-2009), University Registrar (2013-2016), and Dean of the College of Education (2012-2013 and 2016-2018). He is currently the Director of the University's Core Curriculum. He obtained his M.S. Physics degree in 2001, doing work on conducting polymers. In 2011, he completed his Ph.D. in Science Education (major in Physics) working on a Substantive-Level Theory of Teaching Introductory Physics. His research interests include physics education, values education, technology in education, and teaching & learning in higher education. Currently, he is a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Information and Education Technology. A passionate educator, he is a Hall of Fame awardee for the Students' Search for Outstanding Teachers (SSOT) after being awarded Outstanding Teacher for three consecutive years. In 2019, the World Education Congress conferred on him the Education Leadership Award.

Prof. Akinori Seki, Tokyo Keizai University, Japan
Professor Akinori Seki is the director of the Center for General Education and the chairperson of the International Exchange Committee at Tokyo Keizai University. He is also the president of AAEE, Asia Association of Education and Exchange (a general incorporated association in Japan). Professor Seki has been in charge of more than 30 international cultural exchange projects with university students conducted mainly in Asian countries such as Nepal, Vietnam, and Thailand since 2008. As a professor and the president of AAEE, he has also hosted more than ten events, including International Student Summits supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Japan and JICA (Japan International Corporation Agency).
His main research and teaching interest is cross-cultural communication and motivating students to learn through exchanges with people from different cultural backgrounds.

Dr. Jesucito Garcia, Saint Dominic College of Asia, Philippines
A Doctor of Philosophy and Legum Baccalaureus (LL.B) graduate, Dr. Jesucito Garcia combines his knowledge in various fields, such as Development Studies, Philosophy, Law, Economics, Business Management, Public Administration, Human Development and Sports Studies, with his public and private employment experiences to successfully come up with theoretical or conceptual framework, needed to achieve overall success in any organization. Highly efficient in his engagement with any assigned undertaking, he is armed with knowledge of multi-disciplinary theories, as important foundations for taking strategic courses of action. He has great ability to identify resource or recourse that is most cost-effective yet at the same time superior in quality, to come up with desired output. He has legal and philosophical background that will prove valuable in decision-making and in solving problems.
Dr. Garcia has completed a Doctor of Philosophy degree from De La Salle University, a Master of Arts degree from Ateneo de Manila University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Beda University in the Philippines. He also finished a law degree from Philippine Law School and Bachelor’s Program from University of Navarre, in Spain. He attended international seminars/conferences about different subjects, in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, United States, etc. His various skills are founded in different levels of work as a writer, educator and public servant.

Dr. Siu Hang Kong, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, Hong Kong
Dr Siu-hang Kong obtained his PhD in music education from the Hong Kong Baptist University and is currently an appointed lecturer in early childhood education in the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education. Dr Kong is a researcher and educator in the fields of education and music education, and has contributed papers to refereed journals and peer-reviewed academic book chapters. His research focuses on the sociology of music education and explores the dynamic relationship among social status, cultural capital and participation in music activities. Building on his practical and frontline experience in the music education, his publications address social inequality in music education and provide implications for and recommendations to music educators and parents for overcoming the obstacles bought by inequality of social status and cultural capital.

Dr. Wik Ki Wong, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, Hong Kong
Dr Wik-Ki Wong is currently a Lecturer at Department of Childcare, Elderly and Community Services, The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education and Dissertation Supervisor of Bachelor of Education (Education and Early Years) at The University of Hull. Her research interest lies in the area of supporting children with special educational needs, inclusion, early childhood education and pre-service teachers’ professional development.
Dr Wik-Ki Wong is currently a Lecturer at Department of Childcare, Elderly and Community Services, The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education and Dissertation Supervisor of Bachelor of Education (Education and Early Years) at The University of Hull. Prof. Aileen Talidano, University of Mindanao, Philippines
Prof. Talidano is a professor of the Department of Teacher Education of [University of Mindanao] UM Tagum College. She is teaching English, English as Second Language Teaching and other Professional Education courses. She was a participant in the Teacher Education Institution (TEI) Pedagogy group for the Basic Education Assistance for Mindanao (BEAM). She was trained in Teaching Strategies in the University of South Australia (UniSA), Adelaide. She was the Accelerated Teacher Education Program Manager (ATEP Manager) for Muslim Scholars schooling in UMTC. She co-authored the Field Study 1-6 for education students; Akademikong Filipino and Pagbasa at Pagsulat sa Iba’t Ibang Disiplina -textbooks- for college students, and Cultural Policing for Public Safety Officers Senior Executive Course (PSOSEC). She was awarded as Prolific Author, Woman of the Night and Exemplars of Teamwork Award by the Blue Patriarch Publishing House. With the transition of the educational system of the Philippines to K-12, she participated and received the certificate of completion of the [Commission on Higher Education] CHED’s Second Generation Faculty Training for Teaching New General Education Core Course -Readings in Philippine History. To inspire the first batch of the K-12 graduates to join the higher education, she is grateful to write another text book Readings in Philippine History as the lead author; her contribution to the academic endeavor of UMTC and to the students of the new curriculum. She believes that education should be a happy experience, that she accepts the task as research adviser to groups of graduating students in the college. At present, she sits as the head of the Community Extension Center of UM Tagum College, truly grateful to be part of the school’s mission “to provide a dynamic and supportive academic environment through the highest standard of instruction, research and extension in a non-sectarian institution committed to democratizing access to education”.

Dr. Rainelda M. Blanco is an Education Program Supervisor in Learning Resource Management Development System of the Department of Education-Division of Bulacan-Philippines. She is also a Part-Tome Professor at Bulacan State University-Philippines. She is a licensed Professional TEacher. She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational Management, Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management at Bulacan State University, Philippines and Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at Pampanga Colleges, Philippines. She is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Educators, Singapore.

Joanna Madalińska-Michalak is a Full Professor of Social Sciences (Educational Research). She is based at the Faculty of Education, University of Warsaw, Poland. She is a Head of the Chair of Didactics and Teacher Education, a member of the Board of Scientific Discipline, University of Warsaw and a member of the University Board of the Pedagogical University in Cracow, Poland. She is a Honorary Professor at School of Education, Aarhus University.
She is an author of more than 250 scientific publications, mainly articles in journals and books. She is a member of editorial boards and a member of reviewers’ panels for such scientific journals as Teachers and Teaching: Theory and Practice, European Journal of Teacher Education and South African Journal of Education. Her research work has focused on teacher education, educational leadership, teachers’ and school principals’ development, and research ethics. Now, she is involved in the ICET-MESHGuidlines research on Teacher Experience and Practices in the time of Covid-19 and in the ISSPP project on school leadership.
She is involved with global, international, and national scientific organisations. She is a Vice-President of World Education Research Association (WERA), Chair of the Teacher Education Policy in Europe (TEPE) Scientific Network, and President of the Polish Educational Research Association (PERA).
