​The 20th Education and Development Conference (EDC2025), held from 5th to 7th of March 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand, marked a significant milestone in our journey of fostering global dialogue on education and development. Bringing together participants from over 40 countries, this international education and development conference offered a vibrant and intellectually rich environment where academic research met lived experience.

The program was intentionally designed without parallel sessions, so that every participant could follow the full flow of the conference, be present for each presentation, and engage deeply in the conversations that followed. Through thematic sessions, panel discussions, case study presentations, and informal gatherings, EDC2025 explored diverse themes in education, human development, social change, and innovation in teaching and learning.

Beyond the formal program, EDC2025 was a space where new friendships, collaborations, and meaningful professional connections grew across disciplines, sectors, and cultures. As we reflect on two decades of impact, we are grateful to everyone who made this anniversary edition truly special — and we look forward to the road ahead for the Education and Development Conference.
